Elizabeth Boles Blankenship, MMS, PA-C is now a part of the Alkali Beauty Lab's team! She has over 10 years of experience in plastic & reconstructive surgery and aesthetics. Elizabeth graduated from Wake Forest University in 2004 and earned her Master’s degree in medical science from Wake’s Physician Assistant program in 2006.
When she isn't helping you achieve your skin goals, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.

William A. Keates, M.D., M.H.A., is a board-certified physician who specializes in Internal Medicine with a focus on hospital medicine. Dr. Keates attended the University of Oklahoma where he graduated in 2000 with a B.S. in Microbiology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2004. Dr. Keates then relocated to Winston-Salem, NC, where he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in 2007. After completing his residency, Dr. Keates enrolled in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill College of Public Health where he received his Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2011.
