Born and raised in Winston Salem, North Carolina, Danielle has always had a love for hair and makeup. From her Barbie days to her high school years and beyond, beauty has played a huge role in her life. It’s because of this life-long passion that led her to become a professional stylist.

While Danielle is a newcomer to the industry, her natural talent and enthusiasm for hair and beauty led her to Alkali, where she was put through a rigorous training program and passed with flying colors. Not only is she trained in designer hair cutting and coloring, she’s also certified in easypro hair extensions.

Danielle’s absolute favorite technique is balayage. She loves how a balayage adds such a beautiful pop of color to hair while still looking natural and being low maintenance. She finds it to be the perfect option for clients with hectic schedules or who like more time between visits.

As her own hair is as dry as a desert, her favorite hair product is a good deep conditioner. From personal experience, she knows deep conditioning your hair can make all the difference in its health and appearance and it’s something she’d recommend to most any client. She’d also recommend a high quality round brush for drying hair. Don’t underestimate the difference the type of brush you purchase can make on a blowout!

When she’s not doing hair, Danielle enjoys putting her creative powers to work by baking and doing crafts. She also loves music, pretty much any genre, and also has a fondness for exercise!
