Why do you price by the hour?
Simple. Because time-based pricing is more transparent, gender inclusive, and fair to both guests and stylists. All hair services have different levels of complexity, so at Alkali, you pay for the time it truly takes to cut, color, and style your hair. Do you guarantee your work?
Of course! In fact, we offer a generous two-week redo policy if for whatever reason you're unhappy with your hair. We value client relationships and open communication, and we genuinely want you to LOVE your hair!

What is the difference between your haircuts?
Our advanced cuts are for guests with medium-long to long hair, extra thick hair, or are wanting a major haircut transformation. They're also good for first-time appointments. Classic cuts are for mid-length cuts, crafted pixies, or fine hair. An express cut is for partial clipper cuts or face-framing only, and is not a full haircut. Feel free to give us a call if you have questions or, even better, book a free 15-minute consultation.
