Charity is from King, North Carolina and has been living in the Winston-Salem Triad area since 2017. She grew up surrounded by hair and makeup artists in her family, so beauty has always had a special place in her heart.

While she’s passionate about hair and makeup, she never took the leap to attend cosmetology school. Instead, she chose to enter the guest service side of beauty, where her extensive background in customer services helps her deliver incredible experiences for clients. In total, Charity has over 13 years of customer service experience. The past two years have been in the beauty industry, where she’s been able to blend her love for customer service with her passion for beauty.

Charity’s favorite hair service is Keratin treatments because they make her hair so luxuriously soft and shiny. Her favorite product is basically anything that repairs damage for blonde hair. Speaking of blonde, her favorite hairstyle is a blonde balayage, but she also likes to go red on occasion. Her least favorite is being plain Jane brown.

Her biggest hair fix? Well, that would be finally ditching box dye and leaving hair color to the professionals—which she highly recommends anyone do! For real, her hair has never looked or felt better.

She might not be a stylist, but Charity is beauty obsessed! She would recommend anyone to get a good round brush or a round brush blow dryer. Not only that, but she also advices doing at-home hair treatments in between salon visits, using a good dry shampoo, and above all—use a great moisturizer on your face.

When Charity isn’t at the salon pampering guests, she enjoys doing makeup and photography. But she especially loves being a mom and hanging with husband, who is also her bestie!
