Eliana hails from Austin, Texas. In 2023, she moved to North Carolina to be with family. But the move had another perk she was excited about—being able to experience four actual seasons! Hello Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

Eliana first started working at Alkali’s front desk. After some time, she chose to explore other opportunities, and now she's back as a hairstylist! However, Eliana has more beauty experience than you may realize! She has adored the hair industry since childhood and has always had a special love for hair.

When she was only five years old, her mom took her to her best friend's beauty salon and promised that if she remained still, Eliana could get blue and purple in her hair. To this day, her mom and the stylist say they've yet to see another child so still in a salon chair. It all took shape from there.

By the time Eliana was a sophomore in high school, she already had six years of beauty industry experience under her belt and was able to complete her cosmetology education through her high school program while simultaneously working at a salon.

Eliana specializes in haircuts, her favorites of which are shags and heavily layered cuts, whether they're blown out or diffused into a "messy" rock 'n' roll style. She also loves wispy pixies, blunt bobs, and crazy short layers. Ultimately, Eliana's goal is to give you the haircut of your dreams!

When it comes to hair emergencies, Eliana has fixed her fair share of at-home bangs gone wrong. No judgments here; we know how it is! She finds it super satisfying to work with bangs and get them just right. And it really is an art.

As for personal hairstyle "oofs," Eliana found that the Miley Cyrus messy pixie cut she had to have during her awkward tween years was not a good look. Her best style is the current look she's rocking, which has lots of fun layers and her favorite—baby bangs! She especially loves how the layers give her fine, straight hair extra volume. Favorite look subject to change at any time. ;-)

A favorite hair product of hers is Davines Sea Salt Spray. She loves that it smells like marshmallows and that it's not too sticky or drying. It gives your hair the perfect amount of beachy feel and works like no other sea salt spray she's tried.

Eliana’s Top At-Home Hair Tips:

• Cleanse your hair twice—especially if you go several days between washes. The first cleanse takes care of the oils and products in your hair. The second one is what actually cleasnses your hair and scalp.

• Never sleep in a ponytail or bun

• At least blow your roots dry after washing your hair—this helps prevent itchy scalp and slows down oil production
