Meily was born and raised right here in Winston Salem, North Carolina. She's been a massage therapist part-time since 2025 and a full-time accounting specialist since 2021. She can't quite pinpoint what led to her decision to get into massage therapy, but after a three-month period where she couldn't get it off her mind, she decided to pursue it and couldn't be happier that she did.

An ideal client for Meily is someone who is just relaxing and enjoying their massage or getting much-needed relief. Whether they're quiet or want to talk, all that's important to Meily is their experience.

She currently doesn't have a favorite technique. Meily does Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massages and enjoys them all equally. What motivates her is being able to help her client's issues using any modality.

Meily's biggest massage success was working with an ex-baseball player. He had the most palpable knots around his scapula that she'd ever felt, even to this day. He was also suffering from major tension in his forearms and legs. While this degree of knots and tension can't be completely eliminated during one session, he said it was the best massage he ever had and started seeing her regularly. Over time, his problem areas improved, and tension started to release.

While Meily can be a little timid, she is confident in her skills. She's very attentive to her clients and loves getting any type of feedback before, during, or after a massage session.

When she's not in the spa helping you feel better in your body, Meily enjoys drawing, watching UFC fights, rodeos, and anime, as well as being outdoors and going out with friends.
