Chassidy's originally from Arizona but moved to Walkertown, North Carolina, in 2006. So, at this point, she's practically a native. She has eight years of customer experience under her belt, five of which were in direct wireless sales. Her specialty is client interaction, troubleshooting, and technical support. Chassidy has always wanted a position where she could deliver positivity to the world around her and takes great joy in customer-facing roles, which makes Alkali the perfect work-home for her.

One of her biggest inspirations in her field came from Sam Said, a personal mentor she worked with. Her time with him was brief, but he left a lasting impression on her. Sam Said is a highly accomplished person who has worked in the wireless and salon industries. He taught Chassidy the importance of servant leadership and was considered a beacon of light for everyone who worked under him. While it's been years since her experience with him, she uses what she learned under his wing daily.

If she had to pick a favorite custom service experience, it'd have to be when she worked with a book illustrator. They ended up sharing their art with each other, and he suggested she pitch a coloring book idea to Walmart while she helped him set up an Etsy page for his own coloring book.

Her biggest challenge in her field and major accomplishment was when Chassidy worked at a store that was near closing its doors due to lack of profitability. She was able to help turn things around, and in three months, the store was back on top as the number one store in the company during the busiest season in the industry.

When Chassidy's not taking care of guests, she enjoys hiking, painting, reading, and playing video games. But her greatest passion of all is art!
