Spa Manager
We're looking for a talented and motivated person to lead our spa team. This is an amazing opportunity to use your skills to manage and nurture a team in its early stages and in a business where your work and contributions are valued and make a meaningful difference within the company. You'll report directly to the owner and CEO Amber Woodall.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of estheticians, massage therapists, head spa specialists, and spa front desk
- Creating and managing spa front desk schedules
- Scheduling appointments and optimizing books for efficiency and revenue
- Greeting guests and checking guests in and out
- Ensuring spa staff follows proper procedures and rules
- Working with spa staff to help them meet or exceeds KPIs
- Learning and understanding the booking software
- Training new staff on booking software and procedures
Qualifications
- 5 years of management experience
- 3 years in salon or spa industry strongly preferred
- Experience with salon or spa booking software strongly preferred
- Ability to handle guest complaints or issues among staff
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Organizational skills
- High capacity for empathy and conflict resolution, demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust

Nail Tech
An exciting opportunity to provide nail services at a luxury spa! Alkali is looking for a talented nail technician to join our growing spa team. Whether you specialize in natural manicures or gel nails or both, we want to meet you.
Our nail bar is in a modern and luxurious environment, and each nail and pedicure station has built-in ventilation for guests' and staff's safety and wellness. We're the only nail bar in Winston-Salem that uses Estemio gel polish, a Korean cosmetic beauty polish (advanced K-beauty technology) formulated with high-performing and premium, non-toxic ingredients free of harmful chemicals like formaldehyde, toluene, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP).
